Breasts

Breast Size
I'm attracted to breasts of almost all sizes equally, from flat to petite to busty to gifted. Only when they become cartoonishly-large do I lose interest, and at that point the interest falls off a cliff.

Extremes

All The Way Through
The act of exploring past the point of traditional penetration, up to and including exiting the other side of the body.

Animals, Monsters & Fictional Beasts
What you see is what you get. As with the rest of my list, the focus of this is on the psychology of the victim and exhibiting the pain and horror of what they're going through. Many partners are open to sex with fictional creatures, but find the thought of real animals horrifying. Consider that. That's exactly the horror I like to hit with the subject.

Extreme / Odd Pregnancy
Carrying a pregnancy outside the bounds of expectation for the character's species, such as aliens and other creatures.

Bad Ends
A scene, arc or entire story concluding in a less-than-savory conclusion for the enjoyment of the writers. A common Bad End is non-consent, abduction, imprisonment or death, but creativity begets many more.

Bloodplay
Inflicting wounds to use blood during sexual play. This is most common in my vampire writing.

Death / Snuff
WYSIWYG. This can take many forms. Yes, one example is a character being murdered during sex. However, the death doesn't need to occur during sex to tickle this. It need only happen to the gratification of another character, e.g., a Greatest Game-style hunting of a person escaping the hunting ground or a captured heroine being gutted with the exit in sight.

Gore
Hostel. Saw. Insert any number of splatterpunk horror films here. It needn't be sexualized, but can, and if it is sexualized then the enjoyment I get is as a horror-amplifier to what's presumably already non-consentual sex.

Necro
Sex with a corpse. Doesn't need much more clarity than that. For partners open to this, what I enjoy is highlighting the juxtaposition of sex in this context against sex with a living, breathing person: the cold, the lack of skin oils, the stiffness, etc.

Necromancy
Bringing a corpse back and having sex with them. If you include this, I'd like to include themes of the above. If you're bringing a corpse back to life and they're just another living person in the next scene, it doesn't do much for me.
